Hey hey,

Thanks again for another training, sorry it got a bit dark for some of you, but that will be good training for when you lose you torch at Katoa Po.

Below are the results on winsplits and the routegadget with the contour only map. It will be a good excercise for those of you who used the normal map to draw your route on the contour only map :)

Over The Hill 06/01/10


Hey guys,

I hope you all enjoyed the interval training, perhaps it wasn't the best time of year re the grass... but that's HB right??

I hope you all learnt a little about concentrating on your own thing when there are other people around. I'm sure that at least at some point blindly following caused you to make a mistake. If you are passing someone in a real race, make sure you know where you're going next!
